What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code redirects through our servers, allowing you to change the destination URL anytime. Unlike static QR codes, you can update where the QR code points without creating a new one.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade?
Your existing dynamic QR codes will continue to work. However, you won't be able to create new dynamic codes until you're within your plan's limit.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is always available with unlimited static QR codes. You can upgrade to Pro or Ultimate whenever you need dynamic QR features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, then you'll be moved to the Free plan.
